H.E. Khaled Al Mansoori currently serves as the President of the International Association for Emergency Managers (IAEM) International Council.  He is the former Head of Media Emergency and Crisis Management at the National Crisis and Emergency Management Authority (NCEMA) of the UAE Higher National Security Council. Khaled was elected as President to the IAEM International Council in September 2010, and appointed as President and a member of the IAEM-Global Board of Directors in October 2010. Khaled’s vision for his Presidency is to boost membership and increase participation in the International Council, build chapters within the International Council, host annual IAEM International Council Conferences, and find creative ways to support our member nations during a crisis. Prior to NCEMA, Khaled served at senior leadership and managerial positions in various Federal and Emirate (State) level government agencies, including the Administrative Director in the UAE Presidential Court. He also has strong experience and expertise in Emergency and Crisis Management, Crisis Communication, Strategic Planning, and Training and Development.

Clay D. Tyeryar serves as Deputy Director, EMEX Trade Show Director and International Development Officer for the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM). Clay oversees multiple duties including working with Global CEO and Board to establish, implement and deliver programs for the Council with budgets ranging from $3 million annually; marketing and growing Certification program both domestically and globally; delivering annual conference and trade show with attendance of up to 3,000 and trade show of 100,000 gross square feet; and maintaining and growing scholarship program to support promising students and grow industry knowledge base and assets. Clay has developed and implemented IAEM Global expansions efforts and structure, resulting in creation of Councils and membership expansion in Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and other global locations. IAEM membership has grown to over 1,500 internationally and is still growing. Clay has worked with Councils in Singapore, Munich, China and Dubai to produce first-ever IAEM conferences in their respective regions.  Each event promoted IAEM membership and programs and resulted in partnerships and expansion efforts to grow Council programs and activities. Clay also prepares and monitors an annual program budget of $500,000 for Global activities.

Chris joined the South African National Defense Force as a Candidate Officer in 1977 with the SA Infantry Corps. At the age of 30 he was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel and Battalion Commander at one of the biggest infantry units in the SANDF. After a defense force career spanning just more than 17 years, and completion of his studies, he joined the SA Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) as Chief Security Officer (CSO) in the first post democratic elections of 1994. After leaving the SABC in 2000 he spent a few months consulting as Executive Associate with Brian Adams & Associates in association with Deloitte South Africa. The tenure with BA&A was cut short with an opportunity that presented itself while consulting to De Beers, Premier Mine. Companies he consulted to included Nestle (SA), Namitech (Nampak), Barloworld, National Brands and AA Racing. Chris left De Beers at the end of February 2002 after more than a year as Chief Security Officer and Executive Committee member at their Premier (Cullinan) Mine.
From 2002 to 2008 he was the Chief Security Officer at the power utility of the City of Johannesburg responsible for the establishment of the security unit and qualified in City Safety Strategy development with the United Nations. He also spent some time as Executive Consultant with a technology company specializing in macro city surveillance systems. During this period Chris consulted to the South African Revenue Service on its corporate security governance, risk and compliance plans. He joined Barclays Africa in 2010 for a year to assist in the establishment of their National Physical Security facilities management and acted as Manager Governance and Oversight for Group Security. Chris has been with the South African Revenue Service since February 2011 being the executive responsible for Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance. He is Assistant Regional Vice President for Region 10A of ASIS International and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He achieved his Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certification in November 2003 and has been recertified until December 2018.
Chris is a military and security risk management honors graduate from the University of South Africa with an advance executive management qualification from its business school. He lives in Pretoria, South Africa and enjoys a casual game of golf and hope to retire as a farmer.

Professor David Stupples specialises in research and development of networked electronic and radio systems relating to both information and electronic warfare. For a number of years he undertook research in military surveillance systems at the Royal Signals and Radar Establishment at Malvern in the UK, followed by satellite surveillance and electronic warfare research, also for the UK Government. He then spent a number of years developing surveillance satellites and electronic attack systems for Hughes Aircraft Corporation in the US. Later, he was a senior partner with PA Consulting Group where he was responsible for the company's consultancy work in the specification and operations of large-scale surveillance networks for world-wide clients. At City, University of London Professor David Stupples has extended his research focus to internet security, particularly focused on cyber terrorism and organised cybercrime for both the UK government and commercial companies. This work has required the development of new systems analysis and modelling techniques to understand the behaviour of complex internet and networked radio systems. His latest research focuses on information warfare, which integrates electronic warfare, cyber warfare and psychological operations where the focus is attacking a nations military and its critical infrastructure.

Maher holds BS in Operations Research from King Saud University, certified as Safety Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor by NCIS (Australia), and Certified as Quality Safety Auditor by ROSPA (UK). Maher is an active member of the Gulf Petrochemical & Chemical association (GPCA) Responsible Care Committee that develops the Responsible Care Codes for the Gulf region and Chair some of the RC Workshops. He is the GPCA Performance Metrics Sub-committee Chairman.
